Shipping & Refund Policy – Suvarn Naturals
At Suvarn Naturals, we prioritize safety, hygiene, and customer satisfaction. All orders are shipped within 24–48 hours of confirmation under strict handling standards.
Safety Measures
All orders are processed in a clean and safe environment with sanitized workspaces, regular hygiene practices, social distancing, and contactless delivery wherever possible.
Payment Terms
We currently accept prepaid orders only. Available payment methods include UPI, Debit and Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, etc.), and Net Banking from major Indian banks. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available at this time.
Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout. Suvarn Naturals is not responsible if the package is received by alternate recipients at the same address. Address changes, redirection, or multiple delivery attempts are not applicable. We are not responsible for any damage after successful delivery.
Delivery may be considered failed if the address is incomplete/incorrect, the recipient is unavailable, or premises are locked. A second delivery attempt may be arranged with additional charges. If declined, the order will be cancelled and refunded. Delivery timelines may vary due to natural disruptions like floods, strikes, or similar situations, and customers will be notified accordingly.
Shipping Charges
A delivery charge of ₹39 applies for orders within Maharashtra and Gujarat, and ₹59 for orders delivered to all other states in India.
Orders valued at ₹1500 or more are eligible for free shipping across India.

Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted only if the product received is damaged, expired, or incorrect. Return eligibility requires customers to report the issue within 48 hours of delivery, with the item unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Customers must share the order number and product images via email at suvarnnaturals@gmail.com. Refunds are processed only after the returned product passes quality verification. Used, opened, or sale products are not eligible for return or refund.
Refund Process
Refunds are issued as an E-Voucher/Gift Card or via bank transfer to the original customer account only. Refunds take 7–8 business days post quality check. Refunds will not be issued for parcels lost during self-return shipping and cannot be transferred to third-party accounts.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement between Monday to Friday (9:30 AM – 6:00 PM). Once the order is processed and dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.
